DPanel:OnMousePressed regression breaks GmodAdminSuite
Asked when the fix reaches x86-64, Rubat said it "should come with the next push".

In #developer-talk, Xenthio explained that his Source 2-style renderer is a replacement for shaderapi plus his own lightmap baker. Baking takes about 40 seconds on a map's first load; after that the map opens instantly.
He plans bicubic lightmaps. Evgeny Akabenko showed a comparison and asked about seams, the main problem with bicubic filtering; Xenthio said he hasn't tackled that yet.
In #developer-talk, Evgeny Akabenko called DispGen-Reborn a good tool and a promising option for WorldMachine, but it doesn't support 16-bit PNG, HDR and EXR yet.
pruf reported an error loading a map with a 0-byte .lmp file on dev.
In #developer-talk, TankNut and DMatter04 saw props spawning as effects on dev. drobotk said that every changelevel changes which models break, and the helicopter bomb becomes an effect after about 12 changelevels. Darth couldn't reproduce it on the same dev build after 25+ changelevels.
In #lua-help, Darmagon asked whether GM:AcceptInput fires when a delayed input starts. Rubat: since there's no delay parameter, it fires when the input actually occurs.
In #lua-help, Artemking4 suggested fs_report_sync_opens 1 to check whether files are read twice; drobotk found it opens every time.
In #next-update, Yunhaohku hit a crash showing "funny number -12"; Evgeny Akabenko said the cause wasn't determined, and Blank said it happened to him nonstop since the day before. Rubat asked for a crash dump and linked the crash reporting guide. Later that day Darth said Yunhaohku's crash dump shows an outdated or edited launcher.dll.
In #next-update, Redox asked to enable gmod_mcore_test by default on main and dev too before x86-64 goes away. On 24 Oct Darth replied it's already 1 in both x86-64 and dev, but not main as far as he knows.
Artemking4 posted a minimal repro; with bone 0 and a model matrix push/pop he reports full parity with engine MDL rendering.
In #developer-talk, Redox shared his gmod_perfutils script that detours physics object functions to find expensive calls, after full metal sergeant 228 said one of his functions might be an issue.
In #lua-help, DoctorHugoSource asked about a new error in an unchanged mod; Redox identified an infinite loop and explained that SetPos now triggers Touch, which calls SetPos again, after the change "Make Entity:SetPos run trigger touch events".
In #next-update, Vitroze reported that after Alt+F4 → Cancel, opening the Problems menu and clicking outside loses focus on the main menu (x86-64 build 10211). Dezlo saw server-created menus not removing properly after cancelling the prompt. Earlier, Drago🐉 noted that closing GMod via Alt+F4 or the taskbar now brings up a confirmation menu.
In #next-update, Evgeny Akabenko reported a crash on map load after the x86-64 update (CUtlBuffer::PeekGet invalid offset 0), caused by an addon with 0-byte model files left by a download that ran out of disk space.
Rubat asked Artemking4 for code that reproduces the problem.
In #next-update, Redox reported servers where cache/map_pack.bsp stops updating, so new maps load lumps from previous ones until a restart. Rubat said it must be written to disk and may need more error handling, and listed the related log messages. They have to be searched for in console.log with -condebug, which Redox avoids for performance; Cynthia suggested enginespew.
In #next-update, Redox (22 Oct) and Nykez (23 Oct) saw bad argument #1 to 'DrawPoly' (table must contain at least three vertices), for example from cl_arc.lua. On 25 Oct Vitroze asked whether it would be fixed. Nykez said it is a bug fix and code has to be fixed, and Rubat agreed: "its not valid code on your end". Beelzebub posted a one-line patch for the bad math in luabee's arc library.
In #next-update, Redox asked why x86-64 still gets updates when it looks like it'll be deleted in weeks or months. Rubat: "for more wide testing, yeah". Redox suggested an announcement telling people to switch from x86-64 to dev.
In #developer-talk, Nak showed 5 maps rendered at 187 FPS with his pocket map script, saying baking static meshes helps performance a lot. Later he said he'd combine his RTS base with the pocket map script.
In #lua-help, Bloodmasked asked how to disable sv_sticktoground only for some players, such as above a certain speed. Cynthia pointed to the open request for it and otherwise suggested living with it off.
