x86-64 branch will not be renamed; the plan is to make it unnecessary

DarthTealc asked to rename the x86-64 branch because people still think they need it for CEF. robotboy655 closed the request: renaming would boot everyone off the branch (Steam has no branch rename), and it makes more sense to make the branch unnecessary and delete it sooner.
